If you run 15 or more techs, several locations or a call center, and want inventory and payroll in the same system, ServiceTitan earns its price. If you're a 1 to 15 person shop that wants to stop answering the phone and start getting paid faster, Tandem costs a fraction and you can start today.
- Big operations. Dozens of techs, a call center, several locations: ServiceTitan is built for that scale.
- Inventory and purchasing. Truck stock, warehouses and purchase orders. Tandem doesn't track inventory yet.
- Payroll and call analytics. Configurable payroll, call booking rates and marketing attribution down to the call. Tandem has timesheets, commissions and lead-source reports, and exports to your payroll provider.
- Add-on depth. Pricebook Pro, Fleet Pro, Contact Center Pro and the rest go further than Tandem's built-in versions.
