Where Service Fusion is the better pick.
Our honest takeIf you run a large crew and want unlimited users at one price, Service Fusion's flat pricing works in your favor. For smaller teams that want e-signature, a customer portal and AI answering without the top plan, Tandem costs less.
- Very large crews. Unlimited users at a flat price: with 25 or more people, Service Fusion can cost less than Tandem's per-person pricing.
- Inventory. Service Fusion tracks inventory from Plus; Tandem doesn't yet.
- Fleet tracking. Vehicle GPS is available as an add-on.
No contract. Your data leaves with you.
Software should keep you because it works, not because leaving is hard. Here's what Tandem lets you take with you, and what Service Fusion asks you to sign.
- No contract, no setup fee. Pay monthly, or yearly with two months free, and cancel any time. The 14-day trial needs no card.
- Read-only, never locked out. If you cancel, your account stays open to read: you can still sign in, see every customer, job and invoice, and download your exports.

Can I bring my data over from Service Fusion?
Yes, on every plan. Export your customers, price book and history from Service Fusion as CSV or Excel files and import them under Settings → Import. You see every row before anything is saved, customers you already have are caught, and nothing is sent to your customers.

Can I try Tandem before I leave Service Fusion?
Yes. The free trial is 14 days with everything in the plan you pick, and you don't need a card to start. Run both side by side, then subscribe when you're ready; there's no contract and you can cancel any time.
